Where each kind of message goes: moderation through the in-app report control, copyright through the DMCA page, everything else to a person.
Something on the site — a post, a clip, a message, an account
Use the report control on the thing itself. Every post and every profile has one in its overflow menu, and it opens a short form that files into the moderation queue with the item already attached. A moderator sees what you saw; a message describing it from memory means somebody has to go and find it first.
If someone is making the site unusable for you specifically, blocking and muting are on the same menu and take effect immediately, without waiting for a moderator.
A game that will not load
There is a flag button on the stage’s control bar, next to volume. It records the title against the broken-game queue. This is worth doing: titles rot without warning when a publisher pulls them or moves a CDN, and the catalog cannot detect that on its own — the first signal is always a player.
A game can also fail because the publisher refuses to be framed, or because a network is filtering it. Those look identical from inside the page, which is why the failure card offers the title in its own tab as well as a retry.
Copyright
Takedown notices and counter-notices have their own page and their own required contents: see Copyright and DMCA. Sending a notice by any other route slows it down, because it has to be checked for completeness before anything can happen.

Privacy requests — to see, correct, export or delete the data held about you — press and partnerships, publishers who want a title listed or delisted, security reports, and anything that does not fit above: use the form below and pick the closest topic. For a privacy request, say which account you mean and give the address that account uses, or one you can show controls it; Privacy explains what is held and what happens to it when an account is deleted.
If you would rather not use the form, the same things reach general contact email — to be completed by the site operator, and postal mail reaches operator legal name — to be completed by the site operator at operator postal address — to be completed by the site operator.
No response time is published here, because none is currently committed to. Legal notices under the DMCA process are the exception — those are handled on the timetable that process sets out.
