Find out whether one game or the whole site is affected
Open a second game from the same category. If the second game works, the first title may have a provider problem or a device compatibility issue. If the whole site fails, check your network connection and try loading another website.
Games can load their own assets after the Alamora page appears. Give the game a chance to finish, then reload once rather than repeatedly restarting its download.
When the game appears but controls do not respond
Read the controls on the game page and click or tap inside the player to give it focus. A keyboard-based game needs the appropriate keys; tapping the screen may not substitute for them.
Check whether the game is paused, showing a start screen or waiting for an in-game prompt. On a phone, a game designed for a keyboard may be a better fit for a computer.
Check the browser without losing your progress
Use a current browser version and close tabs you do not need. If you test in a private window, remember that it may use separate storage and appear to have no saved progress.
Do not clear all site data as a first step. Some games store progress in the browser, and deleting that storage can remove saves. Check whether the game offers an export or account save before changing storage settings.
Understand embedded and external games
Most Alamora titles run in an embedded player supplied by a publishing partner. Some open in a new tab. The game page identifies which launch method applies.
A provider can be unavailable even when Alamora itself is reachable. If a title remains broken, choose another game and report the affected page. You do not need to install a browser extension to send a report.
Send a useful report
Include the exact Alamora game URL, your browser and device, and the last action before the problem appeared. Describe whether the game shows a blank screen, an error or unresponsive controls.
Keep passwords, payment information and other private account details out of the report. The game URL and a clear description are enough to start an investigation.
